📱Transferring the subscription to a new phone
Before switching to a new device, we regret to inform you that your data will be lost. However, we'll help you keep your subscription active.
If you're switching to a new device but still using iOS or Android, make sure you're logged in with the same account you used to purchase it.
Instructions for:
- Make sure you cancel your Android subscription and you're not getting charged. We will need your Google Play order number or the email you used to purchase it.
- You can resubscribe on the Apple Store. We will issue a refund for the unused portion of your Android subscription. We will need a screenshot of your Apple receipt.
From Android to iOS steps- Make sure you cancel your iOS subscription and you're not getting charged. We will need a screenshot of your Apple subscription receipt.
- Purchase the subscription in the Google Play Store.
- Once you're charged, send us your Google Play order number or the email you used to make the purchase. We will issue you a refund.
