🤔 Why is my account still locked?

When you successfully activate your membership, you should be able to access the full content. If you are still seeing padlocks, please try following these steps.

Instructions for:

iOS
Android

 If you purchased your subscription via iTunes:

  • In the app, tap on Menu button to open Settings > General.
  • Tap Restore Subscription to sync your iTunes receipt with your account.
    Note: if you are already logged in with a premium account you will not see the button.
  • Sign in to the App store with your Apple ID and password and tap OK.
  • Tap OK to confirm.

If you are still not able to access premium after following these steps, please click here to submit a request and include your receipt as an attachment.

🤖 If you purchased your subscription via Google Play:

  • Check that you can see the subscription listed under your subscriptions in the Google Play Store app.
  • Go back to the app and tap on locked content. This should automatically sync your subscription.
  • If your subscription is not synced, you will see a purchase screen instead - please contact us if this happens so we can help you sync your subscription.
