Motivation and I am are available in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Korean, Russian, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Turkish, Thai and Swedish. .

Changing the language

To change the display language on iOS or Android apps, go to your device’s Settings feature.

  • Go to your iPhone's Settings and go down and choose the app.
  • Once you are in the app Settings, tap Language (under Preferred Language) and select the language you'd like to use.

You can also access this screen from the app if you go to the Profile > General > Language.

 If you don't see the language you want to set, you can add another system language if you go to your iPhone's Settings app and go into General > Language & Region and tap on "Other Languages". Once you set your secondary language, you can change it from the app again.‍

  • Go to the app and tap Profile > General > Language (in the Make it yours section)

You can also access this screen from the app if you go to the Profile > General > Language.

I am getting reminders in another language/stuck in another language

Sometimes if you change language, it gets stuck in the previous one. You can try updating the app first and then unselecting and reselecting the categories you are getting or reading in the app. If it doesn't work, please let us know and we'll forward your issue to our development team.

I am seeing "???" and can't read quotes or affirmations

Some fonts are not supported in other languages, which is why the quotes/affirmations show up as "???" Please try changing the theme by tapping the 🖌 "paint roller" icon or editing the theme and changing its font. If it doesn't work, please let us know and we'll forward your issue to our development team.

Request a language
